We want you to love your AMI OUTLET order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within [30] days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, [accessories such as earrings and swimwear] cannot be returned.

How to start a return
1. Email us at info@amioutlet.store within [30] days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will reply within [1-2 business days] with return instructions.
3. Send the item(s) back to the address we provide. Please keep your tracking number.

Return shipping

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
